7. Have Hulk Hogan Ref The Match

Hulk Hogan was recently named the host of Wrestlemania. The host of Wrestlemania responsibilities varies, depending on what WWE wants. During Wrestlemania XXVII the Rock was the host and he was able to restart the WWE championship match after it ended in a double count-out. Not only did he restart the match he made it no disqualifications, which lead to him physically interfering and costing Cena the match. So there is precedence for the host to be an authority figure at Wrestlemania. Hulk Hogan can do the usual promo at the top of the show to pump up the crowd. But before the WWE title match Hogan can declare himself the referee of the match. This gives the crowd someone to cheer on regardless of the competitors. WWE did something similar during Wrestlemania XX when Brock Lesnar face Goldberg, when they inserted Austin as special guest ref to give the fans someone to cheer for. Hogan could also theoretically add the loser leaves town stipulation to the match stating that their is only room for one a-hole in the WWE. He could even get involved in the match if one of the competitors tries to cheat. Delivering a big boot and leg drop followed by lifting his hand to his ear to soak in the cheers would be a nice call back to the glory days of the Hulkster. The crowd would erupt if that were to happen.
