7. Finn Balor

If Goldberg were to be put into a program with one of the full-time talents on the roster, Finn Balor has to be considered one of the top choices.

For one reason, Goldberg needs to work with someone capable of delivering a quality match lasting longer than 2 minutes. Admittedly limited in the ring even during his prime, at 50 years of age, Goldberg has even fewer in-ring abilities and would need help delivering a decent match. Finn Balor should be up for the challenge.

It was clear that Balor was headed for superstardom prior to his SummerSlam 2016 shoulder injury, so a spot at WrestleMania against the mighty Goldberg would fit right into the company's plans for The Demon King.

This potential match might still be kept relatively short, though a squash that lasts under 2 minutes is highly unlikely. Still, Balor is one of the most experienced full-timers on the roster with a big enough name and in-ring credibility to give Goldberg a fine WrestleMania send-off. With that said, there's a number of superstars that WWE could see as a better opponent for Goldberg come WrestleMania, but Balor is at least in the discussion.
