WWE WrestleMania 33: 10 Returns That Could Happen
1. Finn Balor
It’s always Finn Bálor, isn’t it?
Before he made his RAW debut as part of the WWE Draft, fans were speculating that Finn would be a surprise Rumble entrant, or would battle AJ Styles over leadership of The Club, or at least that his main roster career would begin with a huge surprise of sorts. Finn himself has regularly delighted in teasing alliances, breakups and returns over social media, leading fans to speculate even more about his future place in WWE.
Given that Finn’s former rival Seth Rollins is currently embroiled in a feud with his NXT father figure Triple H, WrestleMania presents a perfect chance for Bálor to reintroduce himself by being inserted into the story. Maybe Seth’s injuries prevent him from properly competing, so he enlists Bálor to compete for him, in part as an apology for putting Finn on the shelf?
The Demon King’s entrance and theatrical presence makes him one of the most dramatic and exciting Superstars currently on the roster, and for Finn not to appear at WrestleMania 33 would be a wasted opportunity for a man with all the potential to be the company’s next top star.
