Regrettably, this family showdown has been squashed beneath other more important Bloodline matters like The Rock's return or Roman Reigns fending off Cody Rhodes a second time. WWE's tepid build towards Jimmy vs. Jey has exemplified just how old hat some of the stable's offshoot stories are now.

That sucks, but it's just the way it is.

The Usos are unlikely to top brotherly brilliance like Bret vs. Owen Hart from WrestleMania X, but they can do better than Matt vs. Jeff Hardy from 'Mania XXV. That was a letdown, so everyone watching will be hoping Jimmy and Jey don't suffer the same fate. Jey's fledgling permanent headline dreams hinge on this kind of bout.

Jimmy is more of a functional background player these days, meaning he'll be fine no matter how this one shakes out. Solo Sikoa getting involved and Jey grabbing a crowd-popping win on the undercard sounds like the best play from WWE here.
