WWE WrestleMania: Every Women's Championship Match Ranked From Worst To Best

4. Ivory (c) Vs. Chyna - WWF Women's Championship (WrestleMania X-Seven)

This one needs a bit more explaining.

Chyna and Ivory's Women's Championship match at WrestleMania X-Seven lasted just over two and a half minutes. It's a match often forgotten in history because it took place on the greatest wrestling show of all time. It came between a grand technical affair between Kurt Angle and Chris Benoit, and before an all-time great battle between Vince and Shane McMahon.

'The Ninth Wonder of the World' dominated proceedings here, decimating the Right To Censor member and lifting the championship with a Powerbomb. It was, for lack of a better term, a squash match. It was the right kind of squash, though.

There was no need whatsoever for Ivory to have gotten any sort of real offence in. The match was always Chyna's to win, especially following their clash at the previous January's Royal Rumble pay-per-view that saw Ivory retain the strap. That match saw Chyna - in storyline - injure her neck off an attempted handspring back elbow.

That neck injury was worked into their WrestleMania rematch, although you'd never notice; Ivory's neck-based assault was overlooked. Regardless, this was a fine match for the time period it took place in, and at least got the women on the already-stacked 'Mania card.
