6 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE Raw (8 December - Results & Review)

UPS…

6. Trouble In Paradise

Well, that didn’t take long.

Liv Morgan returned to Raw last week and immediately declared that the Judgment Day runs the red brand once again, with the group looking united and dominant.

Monday night, the first potential crack showed itself, but it came from an unlikely place.

Stephanie Vaquer was in the ring, commenting on who her next challenger would be, when Nikki Bella made her way out to demand a rematch. That was going to get an automatic “down” (and still will if it comes to fruition), but it turned out to be a swerve, bro. Raquel Rodriguez jumped the barricade and laid Bella out before challenging Vaquer herself.

Backstage, Liv was a bit flummoxed by Raquel taking a run at the Women’s World Championship without discussing it with her first. That led to a bit of tension until Morgan said she would be excited if Rodriguez became the new women’s champion (not true). Liv then turned her attention to seconding Roxanne Perez in her match against Lyra Valkyria.

Liv Morgan returning was clearly going to cause some issues within the Judgment Day, but she and Raquel have been friends since well before the group, and came into it together. You wouldn’t expect them to be the ones to butt heads. It might not go anywhere spectacular, but there was a little bristling there from Liv at being passed over for the women’s title.
