6 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE Raw (8 December - Results & Review)

3. Roxanne And Lyra Have Chemistry

WWE Raw Lyra Valkyria Roxanne Perez
WWE

Firmly established amongst the best wrestlers out there, pitting Roxanne Perez and Lyra Valkyria against each other is a recipe for success.

The two battled Monday night, with Perez working over Lyra’s arm while Lyra struggled to stay in the match. They began ramping up the violence, with Roxanne trying to lock in a Fujiwara armbar and Valkyria flattening her with a German suplex. Liv Morgan would provide the decisive distraction, allowing Roxanne to get the advantage and hit Pop Rox for the win.

There really isn’t anything negative to say about this match; it was well-worked, crisp, impactful, and fun. Morgan’s presence made the difference, which was a nice detail.

As mentioned earlier, this was perfectly acceptable wrestling.
