4. She-Hulk
According to Kevin Feige and Mark Ruffalo, Thor Ragnarok is the start of a three movie arc for the Hulk. With Bruce Banner back in the spotlight, it seems like a good move to bring one of his most important supporting characters into the MCU as well.
Jennifer Walters is a cousin of Bruce who received similar powers to the Hulk after receiving an emergency blood transfusion from him. Like Bruce, she can transform into a super-strong green giant who only grows stronger as she gets angrier.
However, unlike the Jade Giant, She-Hulk retains her original personality and intelligence when she transforms. This has allowed Jennifer to have a far more successful career than her cousin, joining teams like the Fantastic Four and the Avengers and maintaining her job as one of the Marvel Universe's top lawyers.
She-Hulk has proven to be a popular hero with readers and is one of the companies biggest female characters so the chances of her making an appearance in the MCU at some point are pretty good.
Then of course there's the much more cynical thinking that replacing Bruce with the Jade Giantess would probably allow Marvel to circumvent the issue of Universal holding the rights to a solo Hulk film.
