10. Saint Walker

Walker may not be the toughest of the Lanterns, but sometimes it takes more dedication to follow a peaceful lifestyle than a violent one. Even after losing his family when his planet€™s sun was dying, he still held hope in his heart. As a result, he was chosen as the first Blue Lantern, and with its power was able to de-age the sun back 9 billion years. Since then, Walker has assisted in stopping many universe-ending threats, and is one of the Green Lantern Corps€™ closest allies. Walker has typically been relegated to a support role with his Blue Lantern abilities, usually through healing or boosting a Green Lantern€™s power levels. However, that doesn€™t mean that Walker won€™t take action when those he loves are threatened. When the Blue Lantern home planet Odym was attacked by the Reach, Walker channeled his aura to increase his strength and fight back against the invaders, although the planet was eventually conquered. Still, Walker was always the one who remained hopeful even in the darkest times...until recently, that is. Last year, Relic destroyed the new Blue Lantern home-world, and Saint Walker was the only survivor. After waking from his coma and learning that his fellow Corpsmen were dead, he loses all hope and his ring leaves him. Since then he€™s been moping on Mogo while the Green Lanterns fight the Durlans. Hopefully (pun intended) Walker will get out of his funk soon and inherit a blue ring again. Then all will be well.
