10 Awesome Comics That Need To Be TV Shows

100 Bullets

Way back in 2011, 100 Bullets was rumoured to be coming to television, but since then it has been all quiet on the Western front. Why is this? It is the perfect show to grab audiences by throat, grip them in in the first episode, and keep a tight hold of them all of the way till the end. Created by Brian Azzarello, this comic is begging for a television adaptation. With enough intrigue and twists to even excite the most die-hard of cynics, this noir style comic follows the shady Agent Graves and his briefcase containing a gun and 100 untraceable bullets. Coming into the lives of people he sees fit for his intervention he allows them to use the gun and bullets however they see fit, whether that is taking revenge against someone they feel has wronged them in the past or doing nothing with them at all. On the surface it may seem like a simple premise, but as the series and story progresses (over 100 issues) we are drawn further into a darker world where mysterious organisations that have lay dormant over the years are brought back into power and seemingly unconnected events show how small the world actually is. This is another comic that shows that you don't always need a superhero involved to create a classic and has CULT SERIES written all over it!
