6. Invincible
We all know how much success Robert Kirkman has had on television with his hit show and comic The Walking Dead, but he also has a larger body of work that could be used to create other hit shows (I would just like to throw out the idea of a Battle Pope movie into this article quickly, because I think that would be just incredible. For anyone that hasn't read it, STOP READING RIGHT NOW, and go check it out, and then come back and finish this off when you are done!) Some may argue that Invincible would be better suited to the big screen (and there has already been a motion comic made for MTV2), but personally I feel with the right company behind the production, this comic would be a welcome addition to any television network schedule. With a storyline that manages to not only fuse epic superhero battles and origin stories but also teenage romance and family violence (whilst not an issue that should be taken lightly at all, domestic abuse within a superhero family is just something that is taken to the extremes in one instance in this comic), it has an awesome mix that will appeal to a variety of different people. As long as the producers kept close to the source material and didn't try to fix something that wasn't broken, fans of the original comic will stay happy and the controversy found within the pages would be enough to bring in new fans for the show.
