7. Bruce Timm's Animated Short Film

Bruce Timm is the creative mind behind most of the animated DC properties of the past decade, most notably Batman: The Animated Series. He's had a big hand in shaping the Batman of today and deserves to be recognized along that 75 year timeline, having created TAS and memorable Batman characters like Harley Quinn (though Paul Dini deserves a lot of credit alongside Timm). Strange Days, Timm's brief homage to Batman, is set outside Gotham in 1939 - the year Batman was born - and features Hugo Strange, one of the Dark Knight's earliest adversaries.
