8. Uru Armour - Fear Itself
The Uru Iron Man suit is just about the coolest armour Iron Man has worn in his illustrious history of wearing badass-looking metal.
This is in no small part helped by the fact that the metal that comprises this suit is Uru metal, which makes up other powerful artefacts in the Marvel universe such as Thor's hammer, Mjolnir, and one of Captain America's shields.
Aware of the metal's power, Iron Man uses it to create a stronger outer coating for his suit in the Fear Itself series, which allows him to take on enemies with god-level powers.
While it is an undeniably cool and practical armour, it has to be kept in mind that, for all intents and purposes, it was made by Stark dunking himself suit and all into some magical metal, which does put a dampener on exactly how impressive you can consider the suit to be.
