10 Best Supervillains Who Only Appear Once

1. Codpiece - Doom Patrol #70 (1993)

Codpiece Doom Patrol #70 (1993)
DC Comics

Codpiece is a supervillain who commits crimes with a cannon strapped around his genitals. If you thought that sounds stupid, wait until you hear his backstory.

While in high school, he asked a girl if she wanted to date him but she turned him down, saying he was too small. However, he misunderstood and assumed she rejected him because of the size of his manhood. This experience left him with a crippling inferiority complex, compelling him to turn to a life of crime. Attaching a multi-purpose weapon to his tallywacker, he began the supervillain, Codpiece. His unique apparatus is armed with a cannon, a sonic device, scissors, a safecracker, missiles, and retractable boxing gloves.

And what does he do with this ludicrous gimmick? He robs banks... that's it. That's the best masterplan he could come up with.

After he was defeated by a lady in a frog mask, Codpiece was sent to jail, never to be seen again. He may be one of the most ridiculous villains in any medium but there is no question that readers would love to see the overcompensating vigilante make a comeback.
