3. Eternity
Approximate Size - The Entire Universe.
Eternity is the physical incarnation of the universe. Since he is Living Sentience of the Cosmos, his very being encompasses all creation in reality. Despite his immense power, he struggled for aeons with loneliness. Finding his cosmic solitude unbearable, he placed a portion of his consciousness into mortal forms and scattered them across reality so he could experience relationships.
Eternity usually makes his presence known when the universe’s existence is in jeopardy. In these events, he usually alerts heroes who have cosmic awareness like the Silver Surfer or Doctor Strange. In fact, Strange was the first superhero to make contact with Eternity. In their first encounter, Eternity warned the Sorcerer Supreme about how he separated his consciousness into three bodies on Earth, but they had not returned to him for reasons unknown.
Since Eternity encapsulates reality, removing a piece of him for too long will cause reality to unravel. Eternity told Strange that he must find the remaining parts of his body or the universe would collapse.
Strange successfully returned Eternity's power to him, saving the universe. To ensure this never happened again, Eternity created a female counterpart called Infinity to serve by his side for all time.
