9. Zombie George Washington Brainwashes People - Wonder Woman #5
Despite being a long term rival of Wonder Woman, Doctor Psycho is a character who very easily flies under the radar - as he's now arguably best known from the new Harley Quinn cartoon more than anything else.
Which is a real shame, because a lot of his time in comics is the kind of pure wildness that makes you feel as though your veins are suddenly filled with pixie sticks. Take, for example, his initial appearance in Wonder Woman #5, where the good Doctor manages to use his mind powers to convince everyone but Wonder Woman that he's George Washington come back from being dead for hundreds of years in order to save America - which is so blatantly ridiculous that everyone believes him.
He uses this ability to convince everyone that women are evil and are going to blow up a munitions plant, all because a woman he once liked conspired with her boyfriend to get him sent to jail. That'll teach her... we guess?
