2. Arm-Fall-Off-Boy (DC)

Arm-Fall-Off-Boy is probably the most well-known ridiculously powered character in comic books but, when you think about it, his powerset is not only ridiculous, it's actually pretty damn disgusting and disturbing. As his name suggests, Arm-Fall-Off-Boy's "astounding" power is the ability to detach his arms and use them as what he describes as "a deadly weapon" - which is essentially just a blunt clubbing device. How he gained such... remarkable powers is unclear, but Matter-Eater Lad claimed that he gained them through carelessness while holding the anti-gravity metal Element 152, although he may not have been serious. Regardless, you'd be pretty disgusted if he displayed this ability in front of you.
