10 Comic Book Villains Humiliated By Batman

When it comes to the comics, Batman and Deathstroke have faced off with each other on many occasions with no definitive result coming one way or the other. The most recent battle - in the aptly titled Batman vs Deathstroke comic - saw the two fight to a stalemate; it's a fitting conclusion to a duel between the World's Greatest Detective and the world's deadliest assassin.

But that doesn't mean other interpretations have been afraid to weigh more definitively on a specific side. Deathstroke may be one of the deadliest figures in the DCU, but that didn't stop the Dark Knight from giving the Terminator his just desserts in the short lived Beware the Batman animated series, which released for one season in 2013.

Bats and Deathstroke fight each other atop a cable car dangling over Gotham Harbour, and just as when it seems as though Slade has gotten the upper hand, the Caped Crusader is able to ensnare him with his grapnel gun and save the hostage positioned nearby.

I wouldn't really call this a good representation of how a fight between Batman and Deathstroke would go down, as Slade is defeated quite easily, but it certainly qualifies as a time where Batman was able to humiliate an opponent without breaking much of a sweat.
