The 2018 Thor comic was a classic in many, many ways, but by far it's very best moment has to be seeing Loki finally slay his brother Thor.

Although this initially sounds totally dark, the case is actually anything but.

When the pair realise that, in order to save the realms, they need the assistance of the warriors who inhabit Valhalla, it quickly becomes clear that Thor will have to go, as Loki is banned from ever stepping foot there. As such, Loki stabs Thor - in an unusually acceptable stabbing - as the pair have agreed that this has to happen in order to save the world.

While this isn't the only time that Loki has killed his older brother, it is perhaps the most entertaining time this happens, as it shows that the pair's sibling rivalry and brotherly love are inextricably intertwined.
