7. Harley Quinn And Poison Ivy Are Lovers
Ever since she bounced her way out of Batman: The Animated Series and into comic book continuity, the question of Harley and Ivy's relationship has been quite the hot topic.
The seeds of this were first planted way back in their initial meeting in Batman: Harley Quinn. A broken Quinn, left used and abused by her time with the Joker, is found by Pamela and instead of killing her, she helps her heal. She makes her stronger, faster and better.
This raised a few eyebrows in the are they/aren't they stakes, and as their relationship grew it became obvious, to even the most cynical of fan, that there was something a little bit special going on between them.
Sure, Harley would strike out on her own, and find herself seeing other people, but whenever Poison Ivy was in her life, she only had eyes for her.
It took one single fan to straight up ask DC Comics, over on Twitter, if they were an item to get a final answer.
DC simply replied (via Quinn writers Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner): "Yes, they are Girlfriends without the jealousy of monogamy."
