10 Comics To Read After Seeing Avengers: Endgame

While the choice of Falcon to be the next Captain America may not have been as natural a progression in the comics as it was in the MCU, the character's time in the mantle was still quite enjoyable.

Much like in Endgame, Wilson became the Captain after Rogers was aged into an old man (though this came out of slightly more sad circumstances than Steve getting a happy ending), with the subsequent series focusing on Sam's exploits following that.

These adventures took place outside of the confines of the Avengers, adventures which may very well end up being adapted on-screen if Anthony Mackie's Cap actually receives the movie he deserves once his Disney+ show wraps up. Although, the idea of Wilson getting his own Falcon-themed sidekick is perhaps one element which should be left out from any adaptations.

Despite such more ridiculous aspects, out of all the books on this list this is probably the one to go for if you want a glimpse into one of the potential directions that the MCU could go in, especially with it seeming as though Steve Rogers won't be appearing on-screen for quite some time.
