10 Comics To Read After Seeing Avengers: Endgame
4. Invincible Iron Man
This book follows Civil War 2, a rather mediocre event story which decided that Captain Marvel putting Tony Stark into a coma would really boost Carol Danvers' popularity.
However, that aside, the Iron Man book that followed it did actually use this to its advantage, exploring what would happen in a world without Stark in it. This premise would be a great way of seeing how the MCU may look in some years, if Tony remains dead, that is.
The central character of the book is Riri Williams, a brilliant young woman who somehow managed to fashion a suit that functions practically as well as Tony's did, even without his exorbitant resources at her disposal.
Legacy is always a contentious element when it comes to the comics, but Riri's enduring popularity is a commitment to how great her introduction was.
