4. Face
His real name is unknown but he claims to be called Face because he only makes deals "face-to-face". In reality, he earned the moniker by carving off people's faces while still alive and hanging them on his wall like trophies.
Face was a mercenary who oversaw the transportation of a drug called EMC. This drug gives the consumer enhanced reflexes but has a nasty habit of rotting the person's brain. Even though Face knew this, he took the drug anyway to give him an edge in battle when he learned the Punisher was going to destroy his shipment.
When he failed to kill the Punisher, Face took an untested version of the drug, knowing full-well that the last person who consumed it became so unstable, he nearly ate his own arm off. As he consumed more and more EMC, Face's brain became primal. He acted like a wild animal and admitted he fantasised about eating human tongues and eyeballs.
After the Punisher blasted his hand off, Face fashioned his protruding forearm bones into a double-tipped dagger. Although Castle has fought a slew of crazies, Face is probably the only who insane enough to turn his own still-attached bones into a blade.
