There's a weird double standard there still, where significant characters can usually cheat death because they're significant characters - here's to the Major Storyline where Wolverine comes back to life after the upcoming Major Storyline where Wolverine dies - but supporting characters like Uncle Ben (or Gwen Stacy, Ben Foster, or Scott Lang's daughter) remain dead and buried, despite all the myriad ways to resurrect someone in the Marvel U. Just go with it.
