10 Embarrassing Supervillains Marvel Wants You To Forget

9. The Kangaroo

The Matador
Marvel Comics

Spider-Man has faced a lot of enemies over the years, but most of them are all based in one way or another on an animal. Think about it... he fights people like the Vulture, Doctor Octopus, and many more, but the most ridiculous of them all has got to be Frank Oliver, aka, the Kangaroo!

Oliver lived with and grew up among kangaroos... this wasn't a Tarzan situation though - the guy just really liked kangaroos. While living among them, he developed a leaping ability that rivalled the beasts he lived with, which led him to a career of boxing.

When he arrived at the States without a passport, he escaped custody to embrace a life of crime thanks to his amazing leaping ability. This brought him to the attention of Spider-Man and the two fought.

Eventually, Kangaroo decided not to heed the advice of our Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man and entered a room containing a dangerous amount of radiation, which reduced him to a pile of ash. He leapt, he jumped, he disintegrated.
