Bat-Mite and Mr. Mxyzptlk compete across the multiverse to see which of the two heroes they love to pester is the superior one. And of course, in so doing, these two all powerful man-children end up ripping the DC multiverse to tiny pieces.
It's both a hilarious standalone DC story as well as being really clever satire of comic book fans and of the industry itself, as Bat-Mite and Mxyzptlk work their way through pretty much every version of Batman and Superman that existed at the time of the comic's release.
It's not the deepest thing in the world, but it's damn entertaining. So check it out if you're looking for a good laugh at the expense of two of the world's biggest superheroes.
