10 Greatest Comic Book Villains With ZERO Superpowers

6. Kingpin

Mysterio Spider-Man
Marvel Comics

In the world of comics, most humans can't comprehend how strong superheroes are. An olympic athlete or a heavyweight boxer wouldn't stand a chance against someone like Captain Marvel or Luke Cage.

But there are exceptions. Despite the fact Wilson Fisk is classified as a normal human being, there's nothing ordinary about the self-proclaimed Kingpin of Crime. Being 6' 7" and 450 lbs, Fisk's monstrous size gives him an advantage over any regular opponent. But since his enormous bulk is 98% muscle, he can hold his own (and has) against superhumans like Spider-Man, Red Skull, Daredevil, and Captain America.

However, it's not Kingpin's physical strength that defines him - it's his influence. Using his wealth and clout over the criminals of New York, Fisk has become the most powerful man in the city. Because he rarely gets his hands dirty, the authorities have difficulty pinning anything on him. When he was caught on tape murdering an underling, his army of lawyers prevented him from spending a single day in jail. Even when he's defeated, imprisoned or hospitalised, it's only a matter of time before the Kingpin of Crime has full-control over his city once again.
