5. Captain Cold
Mister Freeze may be the most iconic ice-based supervillain but Captain Cold is much worse. Even though Freeze's weaponry can turn his foes to ice, Leonard Snart created a far superior weapon called The Cold Gun. This device emits a laser that stop molecules from moving, causing the target's temperature to reach absolute zero. With this tech, Cold can shatter any wall or safe, letting him break in anywhere with ease.
If the cryonic captain isn't armed with his one-of-a-kind gadget, he still poses a serious threat. Cold has a gift for rallying criminals to action, which helped him become the leader of The Rogues - the supervillains that the Flash battles on a daily basis in Central City.
Although his allies can control the weather, speed, and magic, the Eskimo-styled criminal is far more dangerous.
