Eye Scream is inarguably the most rubbish villain of all time. No, he doesn't have some sort of scary eye that makes people scream in terror. His only power is that he can turn himself into ice-cream. In fairness, he's able to pick any flavour he wants. Eye Scream decided he wanted to destroy the X-Men, because their awesome powers made his look, well, stupid. After devising a plan, Eye Scream snuck his way into the mansion with the intention to blow up the whole institution. Unfortunately for the delicious villain, he was foiled after being frozen solid while in ice cream form. In the end, Eye Scream just didn't have wait it takes to be the 'cream' of the crop. Sorry.
