Armless Tiger Man was once your average German factory worker, until he lost both of his arms in a freak accident. Because of his resulting hatred of all machines, the Nazis shipped him over to the USA, in order to sabotage a bunch of factories. He's not the most ineffective Marvel villain of all time, but he does look faintly ridiculous, stomping on the bodies of his fallen foes. Armless Tiger Man was also one of the few villains to be arrested by equally obscure superhero 'the Angel,' who was still in possession of all his limbs. Although this weird villain was introduced in the 1940s, he has since made a few appearances in some recent Captain America comics. Where he's still pretty ridiculous.
