7. Jessica Cruz
The main difference between this entry and the others is that it's only a matter of time before Jessice Cruz gets her legendary story, seeing as how she's both incredibly new as well as already insanely popular thanks to her appearances on DC Superhero Girls and Justice League Vs The Fatal Five.
But for such a famous character right out of the gate, it's odd that the closest thing we have to a solo run for her has her teaming up with fellow Green Lantern Simon Baz (who's also awesome but not nearly as famous) and that run was mostly forgettable all things considered.
Jessica Cruz just hasn't had her version of Emerald Twilight or the Black Lantern Saga yet. Hopefully that will happen soon and the entire comic fandom can be shown what the wisest among us already knows: Jessica Cruz is the best Green Lantern.
