10 Insane Alternate Versions Of Deadpool You Won’t Believe Exist

Let's be honest, every alternate universe is just a little bit better with samurai in them.

Although 5 Ronins stars Wolverine - known here as The Ronin Who Cannot Die - the series also contains an alternate version of Deadpool, known either his nickname of The Fool, or his given name Watari.

As Watari only briefly appears in the first issue of 5 Ronins, it's easy to forget about him - so it's a pleasant surprise when he suddenly rocks up in issue four of Deadpool Kills Deadpool as one of the leaders of the heroic 'Pool faction.

Hilariously, here he shows up once again for the glorious honour of a mere few panels, before once again disappearing into obscurity by having like four swords shoved into his chest.

Despite appearing in a handful of pages thus far, we can only hope to see more of Watari and his possible backstory, since not using Samurai Deadpool a little more might otherwise be the biggest waste in the history of comics.
