10 Insane Alternate Versions Of Deadpool You Won’t Believe Exist

As far as alternate versions of Deadpool go, a version that is a dog is not all that surprising, as most well known heroes and villains have had an animal form either in canon comics or in questionable fan art in their time.

So, it's not weird that Deadpool has been Dogpool at some point over the years in an alternate universe. No, what's weird is that there isn't just one alternate universe where Deadpool is a canine - there's a ton.

First off we have Dogpool from Earth-8311, which is actually the same universe that Spider-Ham exists in, just in case you needed the funniest mental image of those two side by side. Then there's the version from Earth-103173, who somehow manages to die a painfully heroic death in Deadpool Kills Deadpool #1 despite being an anthropomorphic dog.

All of this isn't even mentioning a character fans have nicknamed Human Dogpool, who is just regular Deadpool with some dog ears and a tail. Mercifully, we never see this Dogpool's universe, because there are some things the human eye is not strong enough to comprehend.

In short, Dogpool is great, but having several exist makes it super hard to keep track of them.
