10 Insane Alternate Versions Of Deadpool You Won’t Believe Exist

Night of The Living Deadpool manages to be both a parody of the Walking Dead and a pretty damn interesting alternate universe at the same time.

It starts off with our own Wade Wilson unknowingly having been part of the kick-start of a zombie apocalypse, as his blood - and the blood of others with regeneration powers - was used in experiments on non-powered humans. This backfired massively by creating a horde of undying bloodthirsty creatures, that take out most the civilised world par Deadpool, and even then only because he's able to come back from zombification.

Things got even weirder in this universe when Wade finally was overcome by the zombie horde, as his final act is to chug even more the serum who made him the guy he is today - causing the zombies to be reinfected, turning all of them into Deadpool clones.

This alternate Deadpool 'verse is fairly tame now - as the Merc With a Mouth sacrificed himself in order to wipe out his doppledangers, in Return of the Living Deadpool, leaving the world and survivors to try and repair themselves.

That said, it's still a crazy universe when you consider its history, if only because it manages to make the very overused topic of zombies in the Marvel universe somehow fresh and new.
