10 Insane Alternative Versions Of The Hulk You Won't Believe Exist

3. Zombie Hulk

Back in 2005, Robert Kirkman decided to take his zombie-writing skills over to the Marvel Universe to expand on the Marvel Zombies introduced in Ultimate Fantastic Four. The zombies existed on an alternate Earth designated Earth-2149, and it offered a fun way for the writers and artists of Marvel to kill and resurrect their favourite heroes in increasingly disturbing ways.

The world is entirely peopled with zombies, but that's not to say ordinary people are zombies — they all got eaten when the super-powered folk became zombies. One such superhero zombie was the Hulk, but because of his unique transformation ability, his zombification was different from that of his fellow zombies.

When he was in his zombie Hulk form, he ate an insanely large quantity of meat... which is to say, people. He ate a lot of people. When his hunger was sated for a little while, he reverted back into his Bruce Banner form, but with one slight problem.

When the zombie Banner emerged, his gut was filled beyond capacity with whatever the Hulk ate, so it burst open in as disgusting a manner as it sounds.

Banner was an undead monster who casually sat around while his guts spilled all over the floor, making this version of the Hulk one of the nastiest ones ever made... but not the nastiest, as that dishonour goes to the next Hulk on this list.
