3. Batman/Tarzan

It is a lesser known fact that you can measure your quality of life in the amount of time it takes between when you first wake, and when the first memory of the Batman/Tarzan crossover springs up in the dark crevices of your mind.

This may not apply to those for whom the Tarzan comic is the first of the character they have seen, but for us mere unfortunates who had seen the film prior to this, they may find themselves unable to separate the loincloth clad, monosyllabic cartoon from its comic counterpart.

In this vein, “Lord Greystoke” essentially exists as a sort of lesser Batman – as a fellow billionaire whose parents also suffered a tragic accident in his youth – but whereas at the least Batman wears a costume, there is a decent portion of the plot where Tarzan roams Gotham’s rooftops in nothing but a loincloth, having taken off his respectable human clothes to... hide his identity?

In regards to upsides, you do see a lion hug Batman, which is almost enough to make up for what a mess the rest of this series is.
