10 Kindhearted Comic Book Characters With Superbly Nuanced Flaws

6. Matt Murdock

6 Daredevil Matt Murdock is a very good guy. He's all about helping people in court and on the streets, and has a great sense of humor, despite all the sadness within him. But old Matt is very human. He makes mistakes all the time, despite€”and maybe because of€”his heightened senses. For one thing, he can be short with those around him despite his years of training in eloquent rhetoric. From his long history of failed relationships (and it is long, although to his credit, some of it is Bullseye's fault) to his penchant for the irreverent, Matt has a tendency to let his emotions get the better of him, whether in cutting out the friends and family who care about him the most or thinking a baby is the Antichrist. Yet no matter what happens to him, Matt always bounces back, even from being locked inside underwater taxis, and when someone needs his help, he's almost always there.
