10 Most Dangerous Comic Book Villains That Don't Have Any Powers

4. Red Skull

Ra's Al Ghul
Marvel Comics

Created by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby in America Comics #1 (1941), the Red Skull is Captain America's archenemy. Originally a Nazi agent, he became the leader of several factions of Hydra over the years.

Red Skull is an expert tactician and strategist with a genius-level intellect, in addition to being a skilled combatant and marksman. However, his most dangerous quality is charismatic nature and ability to convince people to follow him and his cause.

The deadliest outcome of his natural ability to unite people was part of Old Man Logan, as the Red Skull, was able to ally all of the villains to turn against the heroes. He even managed to convince Magneto to join his cause, which must have taken a lot of convincing as the Red Skull was formally Hitler's protégé.

Red Skull is unquestionably one of Marvel's deadliest villains, through his ability to exploit the disenfranchised and raise and lead them against the rest of the world.
