10 Most Disturbing Comics Relationships

The subject of Slade's indescribably questionable relationship with the Teen Titans mole, Terra, has been the subject of much controversy and fan misery for some time.

While canonically there has always been a unsavoury element to the pair's interactions, writer vary between making this explicitly sexual, or merely a case of the villain blackmailing the girl into betraying the Titans - so there's no ideal scenario either way.

While it seemed for some time like this disturbing relationship would be written out of existence, Deathstroke #27 features Terra going through the exact same relationship as she had prior with the man, only she's sixteen, which apparently makes everything totally okay, despite the fact it forcefully reminds us of the whole terrible past the two have.

Given that DC appear to be warming towards the idea of Deathstroke becoming far more heroic, it'd probably be wise for this whole sordid affair to perhaps disappear from history - and ideally never be talked about again.
