7. Hid Her Daughter From The Joker - Injustice Year 2
While the Injustice comic series is far from perfect (as any fan of Wonder Woman will be more than happy to tell you), one area in which it utterly shines is its depiction of Harley Quinn.
The games also have their fair share of bright moments for Harley, but it's the comics where you get to see her slowly unlearn all of the Joker's manipulations. At least until you learn she was already well on her way to doing that before the story began.
In Injustice Year 2, we learn that Harley and the Joker had a child. While Harley makes excuses for the Joker about how a child would just get in the way of his plans, it's easy to read between the lines and see that when their child was born, a bit of her old self broke through and she realized that she needed to hide her daughter Lucy from her father however possible.
It's a somber moment between Harley and Black Canary, as we see for the first time Harley's hyperactive criminal facade completely crumble - even if only for a moment - to reveal the real pain underneath.
