It's been two weeks since Spider-Man bit the big one, or so everyone thinks.

Web of Spider-Man #32 starts with Parker getting a rude awakening. Curled up in a white void, he is approached by his former colleague Ned Leeds, before trying to escape as an actual spider.

He is cornered by Kraven, who had put him in his grave in the first place and spent the last two weeks causing chaos in one of Peter's other Spidey-suits. Readers are given a truly horrifying two-page spread of Kraven torturing Peter as he tries to escape this nightmare. Eventually, he wakes, and we see him clawing his way out of the grave.

While the page itself is a masterpiece, showing Spidey's struggle to climb out of the dirt, it's Mike Zeck's cover art that truly sticks in your mind. Drawn from a head on perspective, we see the full view of the wall-crawler's grave as he pushes himself up, covered in dirt, with a storm raging on above him.

The artwork tells you everything you need to know about this book. Spider-Man is back, and he's angry.
