10 Most Powerful Characters Killed By Captain America

7. Baron Blood - Captain America #254

Captain America Magneto
Marvel Comics

Naturally, for a superhero with a storied career, Cap's exploits have taken him across space, time and alternate worlds. One of his comparatively down-to-earth adventures came in Captain America #254, where the Sentinel of Liberty took a trip across the pond to help fellow patriotic hero Union Jack stop the latter's vampiric brother, Baron Blood.

Also known as John Falsworth, Baron Blood was turned into the creature of the night by none other than Dracula himself in the early 20th century. After causing chaos during the First and Second World Wars, the villain went on a killing spree and this caught the attention of his younger brother, who then sought Steve's help with the matter.

While the aged Falsworth and his allies were no match for their supernaturally powered kin, Captain America was able to keep up with Blood and was forced to decapitate him to end the chaos. Union Jack and his family then burnt their brother's corpse to prevent his return.
