9. The Guardians

The Green Lantern Corps is one of the most powerful organisations in the entire DC universe, so it's only logical that their commanders, the Guardians of Oa, are even more powerful.

None may wield a Lantern ring or exhibit the same feats of strength readers have grown accustomed to seeing from the likes of Hal Jordan, John Stewart, or even the planet-sized-literal-planet-lantern Mogo, but make no mistake, the Guardians are in charge for a reason.

They're said to be among the most knowledgable beings in the entire universe, and while knowledge is very much power, the Guardians have even been shown to use their mental strength to take on enemies physically. This is because they draw upon the same energy the Lantern Corps do themselves, which has even enabled Ganthet - the most famous Guardian - to slow down the Anti-Monitor in combat.
