So, Hal Jordan. As a Green Lantern he's one of the best around, and he was obviously even more powerful as the Spectre, but he was arguably at his strongest when he was possessed by Parallax.
Driven mad by the destruction of Coast City, Hal found himself in direct opposition against the Green Lantern Corps and managed to destroy it and the Guardians single-handedly, save for Ganthet. Immediately following this, Jordan plunged himself into the Central Power Battery and absorbed all of its will, thusly becoming one of the strongest beings in the universe.
Kyle Rayner becomes the last Lantern, Hal leaves Guy Gardner in a coma, and then attempts to remake reality in his own image. He could manipulate reality, space-time, and even managed to floor Superman with one punch while possessed by Parallax. He was practically impervious to all physical attack.

He followed this with a brief hiatus at Screen Rant in 2021, where he worked across the Gaming and Film sections as a writer and editor, before returning to WhatCulture as a Senior Content Producer / Presenter in 2023. He started his own podcast, We Love Dad Movies, in 2022, and has contributed several written pieces to the Eisner-nominated comics website Shelfdust as well.
In his current role, Ewan incorporates his love of cinema, comic books, and history into written pieces and video essays for WhatCulture's Film & TV channel, as well as WhatCulture Gaming and WhatCulture Horror, with a particular focus on nineties-era Dad Movies, old school Westerns, and Golden Age Hollywood Noir.
