During Final Crisis, both Wally and Barry managed to outrun the Black Racer long enough to direct it towards an injured Darkseid thereby killing him. Wally created the infinite mass punch as he travelled closer towards the speed of light. Barry created Flashpoint universe when he wasn't careful about time traveling. And Thawne has shown that he can vibrate his hand to allow him to phase through a person and kill them.
Although unintentionally, Wally would cause anything he phased through to blow up from the sudden increase in kinetic energy.
Even Superboy Prime was terrified of speedsters after Barry , Wally, Bart, Jay trapped him in the Speed Force.
