When Garth Ennis stepped down from The Punisher for a brief time in 2002, it was left to artist Steve Dillon to step in and bridge the gap before a new writer was found. The resulting issue is a hard-hitting story with no speech whatsoever.

As he tries to locate a gang leader, Frank runs into a couple of teenagers buying cocaine from a street dealer. Normally, a street dealer is of little concern to The Punisher, but the vigilante let his bad mood get the better of him.
