In another argument as to why no-one needs to read comics from the early 2000's, The Punisher had to find a way to bring down the hugely unpleasant Medallion. The villain is trying to ignite a turf war between taxi firms across New York, until The Punisher gets on his case.

He is eventually taken down when The Punisher is being chased in a modified taxi/tank hybrid. As Frank tries to escape his pursuers, he notices a building that happens to be the headquarters of Medallion.

The villain comes down with a severe case of being crushed by a falling car, but The Punisher's next move is less than justified.

Medallion's butler comes to investigate the commotion after hearing all the noise. Bear in mind this guy is completely blind, has been constantly abused by his master, and waited on this egomaniac for years prior. Frank just shoots him in the back of the head and the issue closes out.

Sure, an argument can be made for aiding and abetting a known criminal, but the poor butler didn't deserve to be slain in such an unceremonious manner.
