Most comic endings have one huge moment that defines the ending, leaving the reader to digest that revelation and its implications.

In the culmination of the story where Doom has gained the powers of the Beyonder and has stitched the world back together has so many fan-pleasing moments to choose from.

Black Panther wielding the Infinity Gauntlet. Reed Richards reuniting with his family after watching them die. Everything to do with the Maker. However, the most affecting moment is Reed overcoming Doom, allowing the Future Foundation to leave to create new worlds to repopulate the multiverse.

It’s a fitting end to the story of Marvel’s first family, allowing them to do what they do best, exploring brave new worlds.

However, before he leaves, Reed has one last kind act. After seeing that Victor does in fact care (in his own way), Reed does what Doom himself was never able to do; fix Doom’s scars.

The image of Doom realising what's changed is an oddly personal moment of levity for this huge story to end on, but that’s what makes it special.

Also, there’s a part where Miles Morales gives Molecule Man a burger and so is allowed to survive. It’s kind of the most wholesome moment in comics.
