7. Doctor Doom - Vampire Immunity
After spending decades learning about the mystic arts, Doctor Doom came into possession of many powerful weapons against supernatural threats. This came in handy in Captain Britain and the MI-13 #10 when Doom was invited to Dracula's home on the Moon. You might be wondering, "Why does Dracula live on the Moon?" No idea. Probably for the scenery.
Anyway, when Dracula tried to convince the Latverian dictator to help him take over the world, Doom refuses, believing the vampire would double-cross him. When Doom made it clear he wouldn't ally with the Transylvanian count, he told Dracula not to come near him since his armour is laced with splinters from The True Cross; the same crucifix Jesus Christ died on. These shards of wood protect Doom from paranormal entities such as demons and vampires from touching him.
And yet, Doom has never mentioned The True Cross before or since. When Reed Richards from the Fantastic 4 imprisoned Doom in Hell for months, why didn't he think of using The True Cross to protect him from the Devil's minions?
Also, why did the writers decide to reveal this bizarre ability of Doctor Doom in, of all places, a Captain Britain comic???
