Annie May Parker is the daughter of Mary Jane Watson and Peter Parker, and like her father, she possesses the superhuman strength of a spider, can crawl over any surface, and much more. Her abilities didn't manifest until early adolescence, which didn't make her family very happy, as she was following in her parents' footsteps.

Annie and her family come from Earth-18119, which was reborn as a domain of Battleworld by God Emperor Doom. The world she inhabits is called the Regency, and it is run by an incredibly dangerous man called the Regent. Peter and Mary Jane feared her power manifestation would make Annie a target of the Regent.

Fortunately, she wasn't compromised, and she went on to join Power Pack, and she quickly proved her superior abilities by taking down the Shocker, Rhino, Boomerang, and Kraven before heading back into the fray to save her father. From that point, she accompanied her parents on missions as a sidekick.

She has had several names since she first appeared, taking everything from Spiderling to Spider-Girl and AMP. In addition to her normal spider-based powers, she is also the Patternmaker and can manipulate the Web of Life and Destiny to create strong items, such as the mystical body armor she wears.
